Shipping and Return Policies

DOMESTIC BUYERS: 

Due to the shipping cost of glass containers, Flickerwix ships via USPS Priority Mail. Priority Mail will typically be delivered within 2-3 business days from the time it is shipped. If your order is smaller (under 13 oz) it will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:

Please be aware of your country's customs fees.  You are responsible for paying them when you accept your package.  Please Allow 2-3 weeks for your package to arrive after time of shipment for international post. Also, please check with your local post office if you don't have your item, but your status says it's been delivered -- there may be customs due, and thus, holding your delivery. 

We accept returns and exchanges, but please contact us first if you have any problems with your order.

Soy wax is clean burning and it's common, especially during the temperature changes of shipping to have frosting, cracking or dipping on the surface appear. It will not affect the candle's scent. 

Because of the handmade nature of our product, there may be slight variations in appearance and/or color of the candles between batches.

  • Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
  • Cancellations are not accepted

    Returns and Exchange Details:

    If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your product, please, contact us to work together to find the best solution. If you receive your order broken, send a  a photo to support@flickerwix.com and hold on to the damaged item until the insurance claim process is complete.
     
    Returns are accepted on UNLIT candles and wax melts only. The buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs for returns and all sales are considered final after 30 days.

    Limitations on Returns and Exchanges 

    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, returns are not accepted for:
    • Custom or personalized orders
    • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
    • Digital downloads
    • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
